4 Must-Have Fashion Apps

It’s always great when the worlds of fashion and technology collide, and for all the fasionistas out there you’re in luck because there’s an abundance of style-based mobile apps that can help you do everything from find inspiration to shop for those pieces you just have to have.

Here are four great fashion apps right now:

  1. LikeToKnowIt provides you with a way to shop your favorite Instagram looks. When you like a photo on Instagram you’ll then receive an email with the links to the products in the photo. You simply sign up and then sign into Instagram, authorizing your LikeToKnowIt account. As you look through Instagram if you find photos tagged with LikeToKnowIt you can then access the shopping information and links to the products. It’s basically a high-tech way to ask people on the street where they got a fantastic piece or an entire outfit.
  2. Mallzee—often dubbed the Tinder for fashion, Mallzee offers more than 100 retailers that you shop from whether it’s internationally known brands and retailers or localized boutiques. Basically Mallzee is designed to let you be ahead of the fashion game and you’re always going to have access to the newest and hottest trends, designer and items. You can also personalize your shopping feeds with specific criteria, including event information if you’re looking for that one perfect outfit for a certain occasion.
  3. Keep Shopping: This may be one of our favorite apps because it provides you with a universal shopping cart. No matter what you’re shopping for on your mobile device you can buy it all in one place, with one-touch ordering using Apple Pay. As well as making paying a breeze, Keep Shopping also provides you with hand-picked items that you may like and you get a constant stream of items to look at, whether it’s stylish clothing, home décor or anything else really. You can also create a collection of items using Keep Shopping, in case you’re still pondering whether or not you want to make the investment. Another cool feature of this app? If you store a product you have your eye on the app will automatically alert you if it goes on sale. Pretty great, right?
  4. Stylebook: This really cool app lets you easily organize your closet and your outfits. It feature more than 90 unique features and you can import the clothing items you already own so you can easily plan your outfits, design packing lists or even learn about your wardrobe with tools like the ability to calculate the cost per wear of each of your outfits. The app was started by a fashion insider who’s worked for Vogue and Lucky Magazine and in 2014 Conde Nast Traveler named it as one of the “Best Travel Apps for Packing” while Vogue Australia dubbed it “a must for Cher Horowitz types.” Basically this app lets you have a system for not only organization, but also your own stylist at your fingertips.
